Members of the faculty, students, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen: I am very happy to be back at UCI today. It is a special privilege for me to have the opportunity of addressing you at this important crossroad in the relationship between our two countries, and the significance it has for the future of peace and stability in the Middle East.
